Executive Chef Brett Fife

Chef Brett was formally trained through the Columbus State Community College Culinary Arts Program. He has now been preparing delectable meals professionally for over thirteen years and has an intense enthusiasm for what he does.  “I feel like God made me for this, and it brings me great joy to know someone enjoyed a great meal by my hands.”

Chef Brett grew up in a small, rural town in central Indiana.  As a child, he loved his parent’s garden and the home cooked meals his mother made.  He contributes much of his passion to what he learned from watching her at such a young age. 

When Chef Brett is not creating delicious meals at Lindey’s, he enjoys spending time with his wife Erin and their three daughters - Olivia, Rachel and Lauren.  He also enjoys reading cookbooks, camping, hiking and vacationing in Maine or South Carolina. 

Todd Cumbow, General Manager

Todd Cumbow has spent over twenty years in the restaurant and hospitality industry.   His career started in 1990 when he served as a bus boy at Little Turtle Country Club.  He quickly worked his way up to assistant club manager.  Managing restaurants has been his passion ever since.  Todd spent time further developing his experience at some of the top restaurants in Columbus including Lindey’s Polaris, Bon Vie and Due Amici.  Todd returned to his home at Lindey’s in 2006 and was promoted to General Manager in February of 2010.

Todd is married to his wonderful wife Suzanne and has two beautiful little girls – Hannah and Rhyan.
